Know where
you stand.
Culture Compass reads everything the public web says about your organization, measures your own channels, scores it all against the Seven Core Codes, and hands you a plan you can start on Monday.
A strategy firm's month of work, in under an hour.
Not a dashboard with a chat box. A report with a point of view, the evidence behind it, and the moves that follow, built for the people who have to act on it.
A scorecard with a benchmark
Seven scores, each weighted from a published rubric, with your percentile among organizations like yours. Colors mark priority, not judgment.
Evidence you can click
Every sentence that makes a claim cites a numbered source. Two hundred to four hundred claims per report. Dispute any of them and a strategist reviews it.
Your channels, measured
Subscribers, followers, views per upload, posting cadence, podcast rhythm, read directly from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Apple Podcasts.
What people actually say
Reviews, press, forums, and community voices, separated from what you say about yourself, with the gap named.
The competitive landscape
Peers mapped on the two axes that matter in your category, and the position you can credibly own.
A plan sized to you
A 24-week operating plan, six-month targets, the ten highest-leverage moves with owners and KPIs, and a three-to-five-year scenario.
Copy in your voice
Bios for each channel, a homepage line, a four-week content calendar with written hooks, and response templates, drafted from your own words.
A deck and a calendar
A presentation in the Culture Compass house style, executive and full PDFs, the plan as calendar events, and every task as a list with owners.
Seven questions every organization is already being asked.
Your audience answers them whether you do or not. Each code is scored from three to five subdimensions with their own weights, so you can see exactly where a number comes from.
01Purpose & Values
Is it clear why this organization exists and what it stands for?
How clearly the organization's reason for existing and its convictions are stated, how distinctive they are, and how consistently independent evidence reflects them.
02Audience & Community
Does it know who it serves, and can those people find their way in?
Definition of the people served, the on-ramps that bring newcomers in, independent evidence that the audience responds, and reach that is proportional to the organization's stage.
03Content & Creativity
Is it producing work worth paying attention to, and doing it regularly?
Cadence, craft, format range, and creative distinctiveness of what the organization publishes.
04Brand Voice & Storytelling
Does it sound like one organization telling one clear story?
Consistency of voice, clarity of narrative, memorability of message, and coherence of visual identity.
05Platform Presence & Consistency
Can people find it, and is what they find current and consistent?
Search discoverability, coverage of the platforms that matter for this kind of organization, consistency of profiles, website quality, and recency of activity.
06Engagement & Community Building
Are people responding, and is the organization building something with them?
Audience response relative to size, two-way interaction, the infrastructure that turns attention into belonging, and independent advocacy.
07Growth & Impact Strategy
Is there evidence of momentum, results, and a strategy that can scale?
Observable trajectory, documented impact, stated strategy, partnerships, and the capacity to scale.
Scores are absolute. Colors rank priority: the two lowest codes are red, the middle three yellow, and the top two green only when they clear 90. Read the full methodology.
From your name to a plan, before lunch.
You give us five minutes. The engine gives you what a consulting engagement takes weeks to assemble, with more sources than any human team reads.

We read the public record.
Your own pages and feeds, then press, reviews, video, podcasts, forums, and the category around you. Every page is checked to make sure it is about you and not someone with your name.
- 03Automatic · minutes
We score it, then argue with it.
Seven codes scored from cited claims, an independent critic pass that tries to break every conclusion, and a percentile against organizations like yours.
- 04Same day
You get the plan.
The interactive report, the executive and full PDFs, the deck, the calendar, the task list, and copy in your voice. Executive tier adds a strategist's review and a walkthrough call.
See exactly what you get, on names you know.
Complete reports on well-known organizations, produced by the same engine, with nothing removed. Open one and click any claim.
Sample reports are being generated.
The first public samples publish as soon as their research completes. Until then, the methodology page describes every section of the report.

Every tier runs the same research engine and the same Seven Core Codes. The tiers change how far the report goes and whether a strategist reviews it before you see it.

Every claim is cited. Dispute anything and a strategist reviews it. Reports usually finish within the hour; you get an email when yours is ready.
Fair questions, plain answers.
01Is this just an AI summary of my website?
No. The engine reads your site and feeds, then searches for what everyone else says: press, reviews, forums, video, podcasts, and the category around you. It measures your channels directly. Every page is checked to make sure it is about you. Then it scores against a fixed rubric, and a separate critic pass tries to break every conclusion before you see it.
02How accurate are the scores?
Each score is the weighted mean of subdimensions scored only from cited claims, and every subdimension shows its evidence and confidence. Where the public record is thin, the report says so instead of guessing. Percentiles are labeled estimated until enough organizations in your category have been assessed.
03What if something in the report is wrong?
Click Dispute next to the claim. A strategist reviews it, corrects the report if needed, and you see the resolution. Reports are living documents, not one-time PDFs.
04Who is this for?
Churches, ministries, nonprofits, companies, and personal brands that are known enough to have a public record. If you have a website and at least one channel people can find, there is enough to assess.
05How long does it take?
Most assessments finish in twenty to forty minutes. You get an email when yours is ready. The Executive tier adds a strategist's review, which usually lands within two business days.
