What you are buying

Culture Compass produces a strategic-intelligence report about an organization from publicly available information. When you purchase an assessment you receive the report, its exports, and the deliverables listed for your tier on the pricing page. Pulse is a subscription that produces monthly updates and quarterly rescans until you cancel.

Research from the public record

Reports are generated from public web pages, feeds, directories, and platform pages as they appear to a logged-out visitor on the research date, plus anything you provide at intake. We do not access private accounts. The report cites its sources so you can check them. It is an analysis and a set of recommendations, not a guarantee of any outcome, and it is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Accuracy and disputes

We work to make every report accurate, and each one is checked by an independent critic pass before delivery. Public information can be wrong or out of date. If something in your report is wrong, use the dispute control next to the claim; a strategist will review it and correct the report where warranted.

Your organization, your report

You may share your report with anyone you choose using the share links in the product. You may not resell reports or use the service to produce reports about organizations you have no legitimate interest in. Sample reports published on this site are produced by us for demonstration and are marked as such.

Payment and refunds

One-time assessments are charged at purchase through Stripe. Pulse subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled from your dashboard or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access through the paid period. If an assessment cannot be completed because the organization has no findable public record, we will tell you before charging or refund the purchase in full.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may close accounts used to abuse the service or other people.
