What Culture Compass is, in plain terms.
Culture Compass is strategic intelligence software from Redbird Group that reads an organization's public record, scores it from 0 to 100 on the Seven Core Codes with cited evidence, benchmarks it against organizations like it, and delivers a plan.
The short version
Culture Compass is strategic intelligence software. You enter your organization's name, website, and channels; within the hour it delivers what a strategy firm takes weeks to produce. It reads your public record the way a stranger would, then goes looking for what everyone else says about you. It scores what it finds on the Seven Core Codes, from 0 to 100, with every sentence tied to a cited source. It places you on a percentile among organizations of your kind. Then it writes the plan: the ten highest-leverage moves, a 24-week operating plan, and copy in your own voice.
It is not a dashboard with a chat box, and it does not ask for passwords or account access. It works only from what a logged-out visitor can see, which is exactly what your audience sees.
Who it is for
Organizations, leaders, and brands that are known enough to have a public record: churches, ministries, nonprofits, companies, and public figures. Each kind of organization is read through its own lens, so a church is assessed on service times, a plan-a-visit path, and sermon rhythm, while a company is assessed on pricing, proof, and buyer channels. If you have a website and at least one channel people can find, there is enough to assess.
The Seven Core Codes
The codes are the framework Redbird Group's strategists use with clients. Each one answers a question your audience is already answering about you.
| Code | The question it answers |
|---|---|
| 1. Purpose & Values | Is it clear why this organization exists and what it stands for? |
| 2. Audience & Community | Does it know who it serves, and can those people find their way in? |
| 3. Content & Creativity | Is it producing work worth paying attention to, and doing it regularly? |
| 4. Brand Voice & Storytelling | Does it sound like one organization telling one clear story? |
| 5. Platform Presence & Consistency | Can people find it, and is what they find current and consistent? |
| 6. Engagement & Community Building | Are people responding, and is the organization building something with them? |
| 7. Growth & Impact Strategy | Is there evidence of momentum, results, and a strategy that can scale? |

How it works
- You tell it who you are. Your name, your website, the channels you own, and the people you serve. Five minutes.
- It reads the public record. Your own pages and feeds, then press, reviews, video, podcasts, forums, and the category around you. Twelve to eighteen searches per assessment, every page checked to make sure it is about you and not someone with your name. Your channels are measured directly where they expose numbers: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Apple Podcasts.
- It scores, then argues with itself. Seven codes scored from two to four hundred cited claims, then an independent critic pass that tries to break every conclusion before you see it.
- You get the plan. The interactive report, executive and full PDFs, a presentation deck, the plan as calendar events, a task list with owners, and bios, a homepage line, and a four-week content calendar drafted in your voice.
The full method, including the scoring anchors and the benchmarks, is on the methodology page. Complete reports on well-known organizations are published as sample reports with nothing removed.
